The dreams have returned
You have come with them
I thought I had left them behind
But they've come for me
I have gone on with my life
Accepting the fact that you're gone
Finding the strength to move forward
Then the dreams came
I saw you back on Earth
The way I saw you then
But everything was silently playing
To a movie screen in my mind
The walls that kept that world out
Are suddenly closing me in
Asphyxiating my sanity
Crushing the breath from my chest
I must break free of these bonds
That link your soul to mine
I must be allowed to have my life
We'll have a different time
I need to have my life right here
Then once I've done my duties
I will be taken out of here
Your dreams will travel with me.
